How a Lawyer Grew from 4,800 to 21,000 Followers by Turning Labor Law Into Content That Converts
Some topics seem condemned to be boring.
Labor law is one of them. Technical jargon, complex processes, an audience that only seeks it out when they already have a problem. Not exactly the most fertile ground for building a digital brand with real traction.
Stephanie Godard thought differently. She had something valuable to say and an audience that needed to hear it. What was missing was the system to connect the two.
The starting point
When we started working together in July 2022, Info Trabajo had an Instagram presence with just under 5,000 followers. Content was sporadic, visual identity inconsistent, and there was no clear logic connecting the pieces.
The challenge wasn't just growing numbers. It was building a brand that generated real trust — the kind of trust that leads someone to share their employment details with a professional they discovered on Instagram.
For that, we first had to resolve something deeper than a content calendar.
The strategy: system before content
Visual identity with institutional criteria
Before publishing a single new post, we designed the complete visual system. Brand manual, institutional palette, typography, hierarchies. Not as an aesthetic exercise, but as infrastructure for trust.
A legal brand that doesn't look consistent isn't perceived as reliable. In a context where audiences make sensitive decisions based on what they see, visual coherence isn't a detail — it's an argument.
Educational content as an authority engine
The heart of the strategy was pillar content: deep value content about the real questions Argentine workers have.
Workplace leave. Dismissal with and without cause. Unregistered work. Burnout Syndrome as a labor risk recognized by the WHO. Topics people search for when they're in a critical moment — and that, well explained, position whoever explains them as the reference to turn to.
Format matters as much as content. Carousels to explain processes step by step. Reels to humanize and expand reach. Posts to reinforce positioning. Each format with a specific function within the system.
Multi-platform expansion with centralized conversion
As the audience grew on Instagram, we opened new channels: TikTok for massive reach with short video, YouTube for long-form content and authority consolidation, Facebook and Spotify as ecosystem extensions.
The conversion flow was always clear: content educates, builds trust, and directs to the direct consulting channel. No unnecessary friction, no extra steps.
The results
In two years of sustained work, Info Trabajo became one of the most recognized references in digital labor law in Argentina.
Instagram: from 4,813 followers in July 2022 to 21,438 in June 2024. More than quadrupled its main audience in 24 months.
Peak reach: 76,635 people reached in a single month (March 2023), demonstrating the system's capacity to generate high-resonance content.
TikTok: 21,723 followers at the close of the period, validating that well-adapted legal content works even on entertainment platforms.
YouTube: from 336 subscribers in July 2024 to 1,270 in October 2025, consolidating the long-term channel.
What these numbers really mean
The followers are the visible result. But what was truly built is something harder to measure and more valuable long-term: a brand that generates trust at scale.
When someone has a labor conflict and seeks guidance, Info Trabajo appears. Not by luck or algorithm — but because for two years it published relevant, consistent, well-designed content for exactly that person.
That's what a system does. It doesn't chase reach. It builds it.
"Working with Plan Media is discovering what your brand always wanted to say but didn't know how." — Stephanie Godard, Info Trabajo
Does your brand have something valuable to say but can't find the way to say it?
That's not a creativity problem. It's an architecture problem.
